Enjoyed amazing views from the Clipper B&B King Room with Sea View. The bathroom setup was slightly inconvenient.

The breakfast looked sumptuous, with beautiful view from deck, unfortunately we didn't have time and didn't try it. Location: the hotel was short walk to Mangawhai, estuary and the water front. Restaurant Jessie's Cafe located 1 km away was a nice surprise...

The view from my Clipper B&B was amazing, but how could I relax with traffic noise instead of ocean waves? And after requesting breakfast 10 days in advance-nothing was done. I do believe a complimentary welcome gift would have been appropriate for my troubles. I almost considered a good review, but just couldn't.

The spacious two-bedroom apartment with a private wrap-around veranda was a highlight, ideal for enjoying a glass of wine while soaking in the lovely views.
The parking situation was a bit tight, making it somewhat challenging to maneuver into a spot.

Amazing views and comfy stay!
We had a blast! The breaky was way too big to finish on the first day, so we got smart and ordered less the next day. The decor feels fresh and cozy. Close to great dining and scenic walks like the Mangawhai Cliff Trail. Just wished it was a bit easier to walk to the beach.

We enjoyed beautiful views from our spacious beautiful apartment. Jeanette's local tips about places to visit were spot on, and the kids loved exploring the nearby golf courses. We also appreciated the pet-friendly vibe.
In my wife's opinion, a bit more kitchen equipment would have made meal prep easier.

The staff were extremely friendly and provided excellent service. The queen room I stayed in was tastefully decorated and neat. The lodge offers lovely views of the sea and a particularly good location, close to the golf club, local sights, attractions, and the beach.

I 100% recommend it. Thank you for the special stay. The venue has a wonderful and incredible location very close to the town centre. Plus, this hotel is next to Mangawhai Heads or Mangawhai as well as the sea. The rooms are spotless and new-fashioned, with a microwave, central heating and an iron. The staff are extremely friendly and excellent and ready to help if you need anything.
